AskViolet.AI is an AI-powered hotel concierge that handles guest phone calls for partner hotels. When you call a hotel using an AskViolet.AI-powered concierge line, you are speaking with an AI assistant that identifies itself as such.

How SMS Works

SMS messages are only sent when you specifically request information during your call (e.g., "can you send me the booking link?" or "text me the reservation details"). We never send unsolicited or promotional messages. Every SMS is a direct follow-up to something you asked for.

Opt-In / Consent

By providing your phone number during a call and verbally agreeing, you consent to receive SMS guest service notifications from AskViolet.AI. The AI agent will read the following consent script before collecting your number:

"By providing your phone number, you agree to receive SMS guest service notifications from AskViolet.AI. Message frequency may vary. Standard message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out. Reply HELP for help. We will not share your mobile information with third parties for promotional or marketing purposes."
